50ml Elderflower
Add to Basket6-8 Fresh Raspberries
35ml Dry Vermouth
Add to Basket10ml Lime Juice
5ml Gomme
Soda
How to mix it
Step 1
Muddle the raspberries in a tall glass
Step 2
Add the gin, vermouth, lime juice and gomme
Step 3
Stir, add soda and ice, and stir again to combine
Step 4
Garnish with lime wheel and/or raspberries
